The Animal Rights Alliance, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that is able to help these animals only through your generous contributions. Fees do not cover the cost of program services. T.A.R.A., Inc. relies on grants and public donations to subsidize the amount needed to make spaying and neutering affordable to everyone. If you wish to see the end of pet overpopulation and the needless suffering of animals, consider making a tax-deductible contribution to T.A.R.A., Inc.  As a not-for-profit organization, it relies on the help of individuals who share the organization’s goals. Some small grants are acquired from time to time, but funding is primarily being done by T.A.R.A., Inc.
