LUCKY ME, I HAVE BEEN ADOPTED! Striker arrived (10/17/15). He is a 3-legged Beagle mix who is perhaps 1-year old and weighs 25 lbs. Striker joined our partner rescue in Kentucky after his rear leg had been severed by a train. The vet took care of the wound and Striker acts like he doesn't miss his leg at all. He is good with other dogs and cats. He loves to snuggle in his bed. Having 3 legs does not slow him down at all, loves to play and be loved. He is currently in a foster home with dogs of all sizes, cats, horses, goats etc and is good with all of them.
