Adorable black and white dog, Maltese shitzu mix. Was not wearing collar today. Has a microchip under the name of Anna kest in riverdale. Lost on Pennington way, spring valley, NY 10977. Neighbor said a woman around 40 or so found him and took him in her car. She wanted to find owner. However, neighbor wasn't sure what she ended up doing...any help will be greatly appreciated!
